Company settings centralize the institutional data that identifies your organization on the platform. This information is shared across all workspaces in the account and is used in reports, industry benchmarks, and platform communications.

Who can edit

Only owner and manager have permission to edit company settings. Members with other roles can view some information, but cannot make changes.

Accessing company settings

In the sidebar, click Settings and select the Company tab.
Company settings screen with name, tax ID, and industry fields

Optional field for the company’s tax registration. May be required for invoice issuance depending on the contracted plan.
The company’s primary contact email. Used by the platform to send scheduled reports and account communications.
Company contact phone number. Optional field.
Street, city, state, and complement. Used for billing and registration purposes.
Company website URL. Optional field, displayed internally only.
Select the segment that best describes the company:
  • Health & wellness
  • Beauty
  • Education
  • Technology
  • Consulting
  • Legal
  • Financial
  • Other
This setting is essential for the BI Dashboard benchmark. Without it, the comparison with industry averages is not displayed.
Free text about the company. Internal field, not displayed to end customers.

Saving changes

After editing the desired fields, click Save settings at the bottom of the form. The button is enabled only when there are pending changes relative to the original data.
Changes to company data are propagated immediately to all workspaces and members in the account. No additional action is required after saving.

NPS Survey

Timely.ai periodically collects the Net Promoter Score (NPS) from platform users to measure satisfaction and guide product development. The survey appears as a non-intrusive modal after a period of use.
1

How the survey appears

After a period of platform use (configured internally), an NPS modal opens automatically asking “On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend Timely.ai?”
2

Response

Select a score from 0 to 10. An optional text field appears for you to elaborate on the reason for your score.
3

Submit

Click Submit. The survey closes and will not reappear for a configured period (normally 90 days).
4

Close without answering

You can close the modal without answering by clicking X. The survey may reappear after a few days.
NPS is collected per user, not per company. Each member responds individually. Responses are anonymous with respect to the product — the Timely.ai team analyzes the data in aggregate. Currently the company logo is configured per workspace in the service widget customization section. To update the logo that appears in platform communications, contact support.
