Accessing profile settings
In the sidebar, click Settings. The Profile tab is the default view of the settings section.
Profile data
Full name
Full name
Your name as it appears to other team members in the members list and activity logs. It is not shown to end customers in service conversations.
Email
The email is the primary identifier of your account. To change the email, contact support — it cannot be edited directly in the interface for security reasons.
Phone
Phone
Optional field. May be used by the Timely.ai support team for contact.
Job title
Job title
Free text to identify your role in the company (e.g., “Customer Service Manager”, “Developer”). Visible only internally to team members.
Industry
Industry
Select the company’s industry from the available fields: health & wellness, beauty, education, technology, consulting, legal, financial, or other. This information is used to calibrate the BI Dashboard benchmark.
Updating your profile photo
Click the current photo or camera icon
In the profile section, click the avatar area to open the file selector.
Select an image
Choose an image from your device. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, and WebP. Maximum size: 5 MB.
Saving changes
After editing the desired fields, click Save changes at the bottom of the form. The button is enabled only when there are differences from the original data. A confirmation toast appears when the changes are saved successfully.Account security

Enter the current password
Type your current password in the Current password field to confirm your identity.
Set the new password
Type the new password in the New password field. Minimum requirements: 8 characters.
Notifications
Notification preferences are in the Notifications tab within Settings. You can configure:- Alerts for new conversations assigned to you
- Daily email summaries
- BI Dashboard budget alerts (when applicable to your role)
